What is the monthly renewal date?

Old Renewal Date: 11th of each month

New Renewal Date as of 10/2018: 31st of each month


When should I be expecting my box each month?

Old Shipping Date: 1st week of the month

New Shipping Date: 2nd-3rd Week of the month


When will I receive my first box?

Subscriptions made between the 1st and 31st of each month will receive their 1st box during the next month cycle. 

For example, orders made between October 1st & 31st will receive the November box. 

This not only prevents you from being charged twice in 1 month, but also allows time for our vendors to prep the appropriate quantities each month.
